Order and Shipping
After the goods have been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. For questions about the status of your order, just send us an email at happycustomer@newsha.com (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
If you want to cancel or change your order, you can contact us by email within one hour after placing the order:happycustomer@newsha.com achieve. We will try to take your wishes into account.

Returns & Complaints
We want to offer you products of the highest quality. If you feel that the items you ordered from our online shop do not meet these standards, you can easily return them – we will then refund the amount to you.
If you only want to return part of your order, please include your order confirmation with the order number and mark the products you are returning on it.
If you purchased the products in a NEWSHA Salon, we ask you to return them directly there, as each salon has its own return policy. For this reason, products bought in the salon cannot be sent back to us.
Please keep your receipt and the tracking information of the return carefully.

The ingredients of our products may vary depending on availability. We are currently adjusting our design and partially also the formulations (to continue to ensure high-quality product performance and to comply with all European cosmetic standards) gradually. Please do not be surprised if you receive products where the design may have already changed.
Since the NEWSHA product range is exclusive to hairdressers, we unfortunately cannot send product samples. Exceptions are special promotions where we offer our customers exclusive deals to test our products in connection with a purchase.
In general, we leave the decision to you whether you want to use our products during pregnancy/breastfeeding. However, all our products have, of course, been thoroughly examined by our partner institutes and classified as not harmful.
In the development of our products, we rely on proven ingredients that have already been tested in several long-term studies. We have not conducted our own long-term study.
