The delivery of the goods will take place within approx. 1 - 5 working days after placing the order. The ordered goods will be shipped to the delivery address you specified within GB. If the goods cannot be delivered, we will inform you by e-mail within the scheduled delivery time.

Returns / wrong product / damaged goods

We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products. If you have the feeling that the products you have ordered in the online shop do not meet these requirements, you can simply send them back and we will refund the amount. If you want to return only a part of your order, please enclose your order confirmation including your order number and note on it the returned products. If you bought the products in a NEWSHA salon, we ask you to return them there, as every shop has its own return policy. For this reason, purchases made in a salon cannot be returned to us. Please keep your receipts and tracking information for the returned goods in a safe place.
